I went to two schools: on Tverskaya and in Zelenograd, next to my house. I completed three courses in total. I liked both schools: good curriculum, excellent teachers, spacious classes and small groups. And for Moscow the prices are very reasonable.

Unfortunately, the BKC-Academic school was a big disappointment. The school administration, or rather those employees who are responsible for working with clients (including the sale of lesson blocks themselves) for several years (!) have proven their incompetence in matters of:
— pricing and calculation of hourly rates and course duration
- formation of new groups
- communication with clients!
The last straw for us was that, as part of the announced promotion, having made an advance payment several months (!) before the start of classes for the annual course, by the end of September we not only did not receive a recruited group in which we could start classes, but and were faced with constant deliberate misinformation from the responsible manager regarding the recruitment process for this group and the prospects for starting classes in the foreseeable future.
Moreover, the manager chose to completely disappear from our horizon, at some point ceasing to basically inform us about what was happening. As a result, we spent a lot of time calling this manager and trying to find out the current status of our problem.
Further, the information that came periodically from this manager was later refuted by her herself - we were given new information, which, however, also did not solve our problem.
After we decided to contact the central office with an official complaint, they listened to us and even assigned a number to our appeal, and also promised to give an official response within a few business days. There was no official response. At all.
After that, we decided to take the money from the school so that we could still start classes somewhere else. After many days of clarifying the details of the refund process, the money was returned to us. At the same time, no one gave us the textbooks that we were entitled to free of charge as part of the promotion. So the promotions in this school are an unscrupulous attempt to lure a client. At least that was the case in this particular situation.

Among the minuses, I can highlight the not very correct policy of paying for classes. If you pay for one month (in my case 8 classes), missed classes are not transferred to other dates. It is necessary to pay for the work of teachers, but on the other hand, the services actually rendered must be paid, and the loss in monetary terms is noticeable.
