University students can apply for various forms of material support
- state academic scholarship for students;

- scholarships assigned to students by legal entities or individuals, including those who sent them to study.
The size of state scholarships is established in accordance with the order for the university dated February 01, 2017 No. 2/326.
State academic scholarship
The size of the basic state academic scholarship is determined in accordance with the legislation Russian Federation and amounts to 1,500 rubles from February 1, 2017 (for college students - 600 rubles). It is paid to full-time students budget education who passed the session as "good" or "good and excellent" and to all freshmen in full-time budget education during the first academic semester. Students who study only "excellent" are assigned a state academic scholarship in the amount of 2630 rubles (for college students - 650 rubles).
Freshmen who entered the budget in 2016 and passed the first session with excellent marks, by order of February 8, 2017 No. 2/331, a state academic scholarship is assigned: 5630 rubles, if they are winners and prize-winners of the final stage All-Russian Olympiad schoolchildren; 5130 rubles - to the winners and prize-winners of school Olympiads held in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation; 4630 rubles - with 255 or more points in three subjects of the Unified State Exam; 4130 rubles - with 235-254 points, 3630 rubles - with 215-234 points. These payments are made from subsidies from the federal budget.
In addition, the order of February 8, 2017 No. 2/330 established the size of scholarships for first-year students studying under contracts for the provision of paid educational services. Winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren will receive 3000 rubles; winners and prize-winners of school Olympiads held in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation - 2500 rubles; having 255 or more points in three subjects of the exam - 2000 rubles, 235-254 points - 1500 rubles, 215-234 points - 1000 rubles. These payments are made from funds from the income-generating activities of the university.
Enhanced State Academic Scholarships
Students with special achievements in educational, research, social, cultural, creative or sports activities are awarded scholarships in addition to other types of scholarships assigned. Their sizes, depending on the significance of the achievements, vary from 2 to 12 thousand rubles.
State social scholarship
In accordance with part 5 of article 36 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation", the state social scholarship is assigned to students who belong to the following categories of citizens:
- orphans and children left without parental care,
- persons from among orphans and children left without parental care,
- persons who have lost both parents or a single parent during the period of education,
- disabled children, disabled people of I and II groups, disabled from childhood,
- persons exposed to radiation due to the disaster on Chernobyl nuclear power plant and other radiation disasters as a result of nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk test site,
- persons who are disabled as a result of a military injury or illness received during the period of military service, and veterans of hostilities,
- persons from among citizens who have served under contract for at least three years in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, in the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and federal state bodies, in the troops of the national guard of the Russian Federation, in engineering and technical, road-building military formations under federal bodies executive power and in the rescue military formations of the federal executive body authorized to solve tasks in the field of civil defense, the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, federal security service bodies, state security bodies and the federal body for providing mobilization training of state power bodies of the Russian Federation in military positions subject to replacement soldiers, sailors, sergeants, foremen, and dismissed from military service on the grounds provided for in subparagraphs "b" - "d" of paragraph 1, subparagraph "a" of paragraph 2 and subparagraphs "a" - "c" of paragraph 3 of Article 51 of the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 N 53-FZ "On conscription and military service ";
- persons who have received state social assistance.
The size of the state social scholarship is 2,250 rubles (for college students - 900 rubles). State social scholarships are awarded to students on the basis of a document confirming their belonging to one of the above categories of citizens.
Students receiving a state social scholarship are eligible for a state academic scholarship on a general basis.
Personal and special scholarships
Scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation and special scholarships of the Government of the Russian Federation are awarded to students who have achieved outstanding success in educational and scientific activities, in accordance with the provisions approved by the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation.
Scholarships appointed by state authorities, local self-government bodies, legal entities and individuals, for example, the scholarship of the governor of the Samara region, the scholarship of the academic council of SamSTU, the scholarship of the rector of the Polytechnic University are appointed in accordance with their regulations.
Students can apply for various personal scholarships established by state authorities, local governments, legal entities and individuals, including scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation and special scholarships of the Government of the Russian Federation, personal scholarships of the Government of the Samara Region, personal scholarships at the faculties of SamSTU and others. ... The procedure for the appointment and payment of personal scholarships for students, as well as the number and size of these scholarships are determined by the founders of these scholarships.
General information:
The scholarship is a cash payment assigned to students, graduate students and doctoral students enrolled in full-time, budgetary education. All first-year students of the full-time budgetary form of study are paid a scholarship in the amount of a basic academic scholarship from the beginning school year before passing the tests and exams of the first current certification. Student campus of the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev is intended for temporary residence and accommodation of nonresident students living (registered) in remote areas outside the territory of the city of Krasnoyarsk and nearby districts and students who have benefits, in accordance with the current legislation, or a preferential right for residence, in accordance with the Regulations on the student campus of S. M.F. Reshetnev, enrolled in full-time budget education.

Students, postgraduates and doctoral students, whose parents have a living quarters and registration at the place of residence in the city of Krasnoyarsk, are not provided with a place in the hostels of the campus. Subject to full provision of places in student dormitories of the above listed categories of students, the University, in agreement with the trade union organization, has the right to decide on placement in the student dormitory:
trainees, students of preparatory departments of universities, institutes and faculties of advanced training and other forms of postgraduate and additional vocational education for temporary residence during their full-time study;
The distribution of places and the order of settling in student dormitories (including the approval of the list of students for settling in student dormitories) is determined by the Commission for the allocation of places and rooms in student dormitories, in agreement with the trade union organization and announced by order of the rector of SibSU im. M.F. Reshetnev.
On the basis of the order of the rector for admission to the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev, students in need of a hostel must personally submit an application before August 15, with all the necessary documents attached.
Persons under the age of 18 (including orphans, children left without parental care) apply for settling in a hostel in the presence of parents or their legal representatives, who present documents proving their identity (documents confirming the establishment of guardianship and guardianship). The following documents are attached to the application (copies of documents must be certified accordingly):
student passport, photocopy of passport 1 - 2 sheets for all categories of students;
- passports of parents, or legal representatives, photocopies of 1 - 2 sheets of both parents;
- certificate of family composition (with indication of kinship and date of birth) for all categories of students;
- certificates and other documents confirming the privileged category (orphans, disabled people, etc.), photocopies;
- if there is one parent in the family, you must provide: a photocopy of a divorce certificate, death certificate or other documents.
Students' applications without a full package of documents are not considered.
For settling in student dormitories, the following criteria are established:
1. The right to an extraordinary check-in in a hostel is granted to students:
orphans - persons under the age of 18, who have died both or a single parent;
children left without parental care - persons under the age of 18 who were left without the care of one or both parents (deprivation of parental rights, recognition as missing and other grounds established by current legislation);
persons from among children - orphans and children left without parental care - persons between the ages of 18 and 23 who, when they were under the age of 18, both or their only parent died, and who were left without the care of one or both parents;
disabled people of I - II groups;
disabled since childhood;
disabled children;
students exposed to radiation as a result of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and other radiation disasters as a result of nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk test site;
students who are disabled due to military injury or illness received during military service;
war veterans or eligible for state social assistance;
students from among the citizens who have served for at least three years under contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, in other troops and military formations in accordance with the current legislation.
2. The right to check-in in a hostel is primarily granted to:
undergraduate and graduate students from among foreign citizens in the directions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation;
1st year students who entered the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev on the terms of targeted training (if provided by the contract), living (registered) in remote areas outside the territory of the city of Krasnoyarsk and nearby areas specified in clause 1.1. Regulations on the campus of the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev;
1st year students - who entered the military training center of the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev on the terms of targeted training for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, residing (registered) in remote areas outside the territory of the city of Krasnoyarsk and nearby areas specified in clause 1.1. Regulations on the campus of the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev;
1st year students who entered the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev on the terms of targeted training (if provided by the contract), residing (registered) in the nearby areas to the city of Krasnoyarsk, specified in clause 1.1. Regulations on the campus of the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev;
students who graduated from the undergraduate program at the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev, who lived in the hostel of the Siberian State University. M.F. Reshetnev and continuing their studies at the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev under the full-time budgetary master's program;
When vacating a place in the hostel, the right to move in is given to the first in turn. In exceptional cases, the settling commission may make decisions on settling, taking into account the specific situation.
Scholarships are a cash payment assigned to full-time students in order to stimulate and / or support the development of their respective educational programs.
1. State academic scholarship for students enrolled in basic professional educational programs:
1.1. Secondary vocational education:
˗ students who are “good” - 618 rubles a month;
˗ students with "good" and "excellent" - 805 rubles per month;

1.2. Higher education (bachelor's programs, specialty programs, master's programs):

˗ students with excellent marks - 2557 rubles per month.
2. Increased state academic scholarship for students enrolled in basic professional educational programs of higher education (bachelor's programs, specialist programs, master's programs) - from 6970 to 11970 rubles per month.
3. State scholarship for graduate students enrolled in programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school in the areas of training determined by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia - 8055 rubles per month.
4. State social scholarship for students enrolled in basic professional educational programs:
˗ secondary vocational education - 929 rubles per month;
˗ higher education (bachelor's programs, specialty programs, master's programs) - 2,558 rubles per month.
5. State social scholarship in increased size:
˗ students who have been assigned a state academic scholarship in the amount of 1705 rubles per month - 8081 rubles per month;
˗ students who have been assigned a state academic scholarship in the amount of 2,216 rubles per month - 7,570 rubles per month;
˗ students who have been assigned a state academic scholarship in the amount of 2557 rubles per month - 7229 rubles per month.
The amount of the state academic scholarship and the state social scholarship in an increased amount is 9786 rubles per month.
6. Scholarship of the Government of the Russian Federation for students enrolled in basic professional educational programs of secondary vocational education - 840 rubles per month.
7. Scholarship of the Government of the Russian Federation for students and postgraduates enrolled in basic professional educational programs of higher education:
˗ bachelor's programs, specialist's programs, master's programs - 1,440 rubles per month;
˗ programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school - 3600 rubles per month.
8. Scholarship of the Government of the Russian Federation for students and postgraduates enrolled in the main professional educational programs of higher education, corresponding to the priority areas of modernization and technological development of the Russian economy:
˗ for students of bachelor's programs, specialist's programs, master's programs - 5,000 rubles per month;
˗ for postgraduate students under the programs of training scientific and pedagogical personnel - 10,000 rubles per month.
9. Scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation for students and postgraduates enrolled in basic professional educational programs of higher education:
