Louise hay hypertension. Disease according to Liz Burbo. What needs to be changed and a positive attitude

High blood pressure occurs not only among the elderly, but also among young people. The cause of this condition may be physiological, and in addition, psychosomatic causes that cause hypertension. Therapeutic measures of the presented pathology include a whole complex approach. It is required to take them already at the first jumps in pressure, until the hypertensive pathology has developed into a chronic form.

In this article, we will consider in detail the psychosomatics of high pressure.

Hypertension: what is it?

Hypertension, or, in terminological terms, is a disease in which the main symptom is high blood pressure. Often, such a pathology is fixed in adults who are over forty years old, but at a young age, cases of such a violation are also quite often noted. Hypertension among people is met regardless of gender. Psychosomatics of increased pressure, pulse is not fully understood. This disease is the main cause of death among patients suffering from disorders of the heart and blood vessels.

What is considered high pressure?

Increased pressure is considered to be the pressure at which the values of the tonometer rise above 135/80 millimeters of mercury within the framework of three consecutive measurements over fourteen days. The most optimal for a healthy state of health, and in addition, for the normal performance of a person is a blood pressure of 120/80 millimeters of mercury.

As a result of other diseases

It should be noted that hypertension is often the result of some other disease. Thus, it can be provoked, for example:

  • Overweight.
  • The development of diabetes.
  • The presence of various cardiac pathologies.
  • development of atherosclerosis.
  • The presence of osteochondrosis.

Negative impact on quality of life

Plus, arterial hypertension itself can cause other ailments, significantly worsening the quality of human life. The most dangerous complications of hypertension are stroke and myocardial infarction. True, even if it doesn’t come to this, it’s very sad to realize that from now on until the end of your life you will have to adhere to a certain diet, constantly measuring pressure, taking medication every day, refusing to play sports and outdoor activities. The psychosomatics of pressure increase plays an important role here.

But given that hypertension is not considered a disease as such, there is no drug that could fully cure it either, and it is unlikely to appear, since the development of this disease depends on many different factors, including and psychological.

Psychosomatics of high pressure will be discussed below.

What are the causes of high blood pressure?

The main reasons for the development of hypertension include the following factors:

  • Overweight.
  • Instability of the emotional background.
  • Excessive nervous shocks.
  • Brain injury.
  • Diseases that are chronic and have a negative impact on the work of blood vessels and the heart.
  • Hereditary predisposition of the organism.
  • Diseases that are infectious and viral in nature.
  • Age-related changes in the vessels. Quite often it happens that low blood pressure develops into high blood pressure with age.
  • Excessive levels of cholesterol, which, in turn, provoke the formation of plaques that interfere with the normal circulation of blood flow.
  • Climacteric reactions of the female body. At this time, quite often, low blood pressure can jump to high levels.
  • The presence of bad habits and their abuse.
  • Excessive consumption of salty foods.
  • A rapid increase in adrenaline levels in the body.
  • Sedentary and sedentary lifestyle.

Psychosomatics of high pressure

Some psychiatrists attribute a person's high blood pressure to excessive commitment. As practice shows, such people have grandiose plans, the implementation of which takes too much effort and time as well. Therefore, in order to realize these goals, the application of excessive efforts is required. From all this, we can conclude that the cause of high blood pressure psychosomatics is the body's reaction to great overwork, and, in addition, to emotions that appear during disappointment or excessive excitement.

Selfish traits

Many hypertensive patients have selfish traits. These people go to any lengths to achieve their goals. Such a character trait contributes to the achievement of significant results in the career field, however, it has an extremely negative effect on human health. The phenomenon of high-pressure psychosomatics in such cases manifests itself with the same frequency in young and old people.

active position

The disease indicates an active position of a person. This is a kind of response to the obstacles that arise throughout the life path. Blood pressure, among other things, can increase in a person who is not able to let go of unresolved situations for quite a long time. As a result, such people regularly find themselves in tension, experiencing feelings of distrust and fear.

Causes of high blood pressure psychosomatics

Psychosomatic causes contributing to the appearance of hypertension include the following factors:

  • As a result of feelings such as anger, hostility, or irritability, people have a significant increase in blood pressure.
  • Excessive stiffness along with excessive stubbornness also contribute to the development of hypertension in humans.
  • Feelings of anxiety and fear. People with such emotions are characterized by excessive emotional instability along with a tendency to frequent tantrums. These conditions contribute to the excitation of the sympathetic nervous system, increasing the total amount of stress hormones in the blood. As a result of all this, a person's blood pressure can rise sharply to very high levels. At the same time, frequent and repetitive experiences of anxieties and fears provoke the formation of chronic hypertension.

How to cope with the psychosomatics of high pressure, not everyone knows.

Stages of the disease

Disorders of a psychosomatic nature appear, as a rule, gradually. This happens as a result of the weakening of the body's defenses, which simply cease to restrain physical and mental damage. Experts distinguish the following stages of psychosomatics:

  • Psychosocial. At this stage, problems are formed that are in dire need of resolution. The main reaction to external stimuli, as a rule, is one or another internal decision of a person and his subsequent actions.
  • Psychoprotective (or, in other words, adaptation stage). For the second stage, there is typically a violation in the adoption of decisions aimed at solving the problem. As a result of such a failure in the body, psychological protection itself turns on. Despite the development of an internal feeling of discomfort, thanks to triggered protective mechanisms, it is possible to cope with negative emotions. At this stage, you can get rid of the symptoms, provided that the root cause of the violations is identified.
  • psychosomatic stage. At this stage, the internal repressed conflict is transformed into bodily disturbance, which in turn causes symptoms of physical ailments. During the psychosomatic stage, mental discomfort greatly weakens, while physical discomfort, on the contrary, only increases.
  • Last stage. This stage is characterized by self-destruction of the body due to the impossibility of holding painful mental experiences. Such psychosomatic processes can very often trigger fatal diseases. The psyche in this case is no longer able to cope with protective functions, therefore, pathological conditions are formed at the subconscious level. These conditions are subsequently chronic diseases, and in addition, hereditary nature and various addictions.

Let's figure out what to do with high-pressure psychosomatics.

What needs to be done?

In order to be healed of hypertension, a person must at least try to reconsider his entire life position. First of all, it will be advisable to turn a negative idea about the world around us and life circumstances into something positive. In this case, it is extremely important to correctly redistribute your goals and responsibilities as well.

Patients with high blood pressure are advised to realize that all people are completely different, so you should learn to accept them as they are. Among other things, you should give your body a rest from hard work and thought processes. It is very useful to be among your friends more often, doing what you love.

Treatment of hypertension without medical drugs

Today, there are many different drugs that help normalize and maintain blood pressure. But, in addition to drugs, there are other ways to combat hypertension, which are recommended by psychologists:

  • The day should begin with sincere gratitude towards all the people around, as well as the world for being given the opportunity to live in it. In the event that it seems that it is very difficult, it is worth remembering all the disabled who, if they had the opportunity, would give a lot just to walk like all people on two legs, move independently, live, love and work. .
  • You should try to do only what you really like. It is recommended to do this even if for this it will be necessary to radically change your life by changing your place of work, and in addition, the circle of acquaintances.
  • You need to try to be only with those people who are pleasant and loved by a person. It is strictly forbidden to communicate with those who are disliked, as this has an extremely negative effect on the psycho-emotional state, as well as on the work of the heart and blood vessels.
  • You can't refuse to take a vacation. You can not neglect the days off during the week. They must be taken and, at least sometimes, at least one day a week, devote only to yourself, as well as to your hobbies and thoughts.
  • Be sure to get enough sleep every day. In order to fully restore strength and feel cheerful, an adult needs at least eight hours of sleep a day.

  • In the event that the need arises, you can sign up for a consultation with a psychotherapist. Many patients are not able to independently admit to themselves their real desires and aspirations. And very often only a professional doctor is able to help in this and make life much easier. How else can you normalize high blood pressure in psychosomatics?
  • Psychologists also advise writing a list of one hundred items, each of which will be a secret desire. But, before adding a desire to this list, you should carefully consider and analyze whose it really is. It is no secret that many desires are imposed on people by parents since childhood. And not only parents do this, but also friends, society, bosses, and so on. You should not even think about such desires, since they most likely will not bring the expected happiness and emotional peace. Having decided on your true desires, you should, if possible, try to fulfill them for yourself. This technique will help strengthen the nervous system, normalize psycho-emotional well-being and have a positive effect on the work of the cardiac system.

Below is the opinion of doctors about the psychosomatics of high pressure.

Expert opinion

Doctors confirm that today high blood pressure is one of the most common diseases. In addition to medical treatment, which is prescribed by a doctor, it is extremely important to conduct psychological therapy. Of course, not always a person has the opportunity to change his place of work and even more so to radically change his lifestyle, but you should start small, for example, give the body the opportunity to sleep better, relax a little more and get positive emotions.

Liz Burbo has a definite opinion about the psychosomatics of high pressure. In his book Your Body Says: "Love Yourself!", the author points out the possible metaphysical causes of high blood pressure problems. According to the author, a person resorts to emotional blocking on his own, which provokes the development of the disease.

The patient is under strong pressure on himself, because of his over-emotionality. He experiences the same situations over and over again, which serve as a reminder to him of old psychological traumas. He dramatizes the situation. Due to intense mental activity, a person experiences many different emotions. He is very sensitive: he wants others to be happy, he tries with all his might to achieve this goal. As a result, his pressure rises. The author recommends reducing the demands on yourself and others, relax and enjoy life. This normalizes his well-being.

What does Louise Hay say about high blood pressure psychosomatics?

In her book, Heal Yourself, the main negative attitudes that lead to illness are indicated. In contrast, harmonizing thoughts are described that can lead to healing. This is directly related to high blood pressure. Most often, unresolved chronic emotional problems lead to illness. You need to get rid of them.

Do you have high blood pressure? Of course, first, you need to eliminate the causes that lead to hypertension. Consider the metaphysical (subtle, mental, emotional, psychosomatic, subconscious, deep) causes of high blood pressure.

Here is what world-famous experts in the field and authors of books on the subject write about it

Liz Burbo in his book Your Body Says "Love Yourself!" writes about the possible metaphysical causes of high blood pressure problems:
Arterial hypertension (hypertension), or HIGH PRESSURE, is high blood pressure in the arteries compared to normal. Hypertension can cause blood vessels to rupture in the heart, brain, kidneys, and eyes.
Emotional blocking
The name of this disease speaks for itself: the patient exerts strong pressure on himself - because of his over-emotionality. He experiences the same situations endlessly, which remind him of old unhealed emotional traumas. He also tends to dramatize situations; intense mental activity makes him experience many different emotions. This is a very sensitive person: he wants everyone around him to be happy, and takes on too much weight, increases pressure, trying to achieve this goal.
mental blocking
You must not assume that your mission on this planet is to arrange the lives of everyone you love. This does not mean that you should completely forget about them and not feel any responsibility, just that you should slightly change your understanding of the word "responsibility". This will relieve you of unnecessary stress that prevents you from living in the present and enjoying life.
Spiritual Blocking is that in the case of eye problems (see EYES: Metaphysical Causes of Vision Problems and Eye Diseases, subparagraph "Eyes in general and general vision problems").

Bodo Baginski and Sharmo Shalila in their book "Reiki - the universal energy of life" write about the possible metaphysical causes of problems with high blood pressure:
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
High blood pressure occurs when you do not translate your emotions and thoughts into action for a long time. You live constantly on the edge of conflict, but you cannot resolve it, and therefore you are under constant, unrelenting pressure. The Bible also points to this state of affairs - Proverbs, chapter 13, verse 12.
Take a close look around: what makes you angry or causes problems - accept and experience it without being firmly attached to anything. You must learn to leave the past behind. So you can blow off steam and resolve the conflict with all detachment. Reiki will also be of great help to you.

Valery V. Sinelnikov
In his book Love Thy Illness, he writes about the possible metaphysical causes of high blood pressure problems:
Blood pressure reflects the degree and nature of a person's activity, his attitude to various events, to obstacles in his life path.
I believe that hypertension is not a disease at all. It is a certain reaction to certain events in
life.
Those people who for a long time experience internal tension and resistance, generated by all kinds of fears, distrust, unwillingness to accept this or that situation, increase their pressure. You are under pressure from troubles that you cannot handle at the moment.
The patient made contact with her subconscious and asked:
- What kind of behavior and what kind of emotions do I raise my blood pressure?
The answer came immediately: "You are angry and offended by your husband."
- Doctor, how can I not be angry? she is outraged. - After all, he constantly criticizes me, constantly dissatisfied with something. I'll put on a long skirt - why are you dressed up like an old woman, I'll put on a short one - where are you going, you're not eighteen anymore. And so in everything. He's so boring.
“Now let’s think,” I suggest to her, “why does your husband behave in this way?” What does he want to do for you useful with his nit-picking?
The woman is thinking. After a couple of minutes, she replies:
- I understand. He wants me to look better, to be perfect.
But you yourself want it! --Yes, I have always strived for perfection in everything: in relationships, in clothes, in appearance.
- You see, the husband just reflects your pickiness to yourself. Change your attitude towards yourself, and he will stop picking on you. Your good pleasant reaction to your husband will lead to the normalization of pressure.
After graduating from the institute, I did an internship in the therapeutic department. One day I was making a round of my wards, and one man with hypertension asked me:
- Doctor, you recently graduated from the institute, and your knowledge is still fresh. Tell me, what is the cause of my illness? And then I drink these pills, and the condition improves only for a short time. I don't want to drink them all the time.
I must say that when I entered the ward, this man aggressively proved something to his neighbor. He "expressed" in the address of the government, bosses at work. Seeing me, they calmed down, but not for long. Until the turn came to them, they discussed something, complained about what a bad life. I was busy examining a newly admitted patient and did not particularly listen to their conversation.
- Do you really want to know the causes of your illness? I asked him.
- Of course I want, but who doesn't want to.
"Then listen," I told him calmly. - The disease that you have created for yourself is caused by your criticism and claims with which you inflate yourself.
- No, doctor, you are wrong. Can this increase my blood pressure?
I didn't have to prove anything to him. Besides, I didn't have much knowledge back then. At that time, I was just beginning to realize that a person who does not drink, smoke, or even goes in for sports can get sick because he has such vices as condemnation, criticism, hatred, anger, etc.
Men suffer from hypertension most often, as they are used to suppressing their true feelings. Aggressive thoughts are hidden behind external equanimity. They put pressure on you.
Consider whether it is worth reacting to various life situations by raising your blood pressure? Will this change anything?
You can really change the situation, and only if you start to change yourself.

According to Sergei S. Konovalov(“Energy-informational medicine according to Konovalov. Healing emotions”), the possible metaphysical causes of these problems are: The disease is based on unresolved chronic emotional problems, the main of which is self-confidence. A person experiences anxiety, impatience, suspicion. People with high blood pressure suppress emotions such as anger, hostility, and rage. They take on an unbearable load and work without rest, creating a corresponding internal tension.
The way to heal. It is advisable for hypertensive patients to leave the pursuit of the positive opinions of others and learn to simply live and love people. It is necessary to establish the right way of life (read about it in the book), conduct meditations with the book, get in touch with me more often, ask me, your Teacher, for healing energy.

Vladimir Zhikarentsev in his book Path to Freedom. Karmic causes of problems or how to change your life ”points out the main negative attitudes (leading to illness) and harmonizing thoughts (leading to healing) associated with high blood pressure:
A long standing, unresolved emotional problem.
Harmonizing Thoughts:
I am happy and easy to let go of the past. I have a world inside.

Louise Hay in his book Heal Yourself, he points out the main negative attitudes (leading to illness) and harmonizing thoughts (leading to healing) associated with high blood pressure:
Unresolved chronic emotional problems.
Harmonizing Thoughts:
I gladly consign the past to oblivion. There is peace in my soul.

Alexander Astrogor in the book "Confession of a sore. A Treatise on the Causes of Disease” writes about the possible metaphysical causes of high blood pressure problems:
For example, negative emotions roam in a person, the mind seethes, feelings foam, then beer will be the best medicine for him. It is no coincidence that we say: "Look, I'm FOAMING, FUCKING UP" As foam extinguishes fire, so beer extinguishes human passions that roam in it, creating internal pressure. Here everything is built and works on the similarity. In production, beer becomes foamy due to fermentation in closed containers in which a certain pressure is created and maintained. So the human body is a closed container where feelings roam, pressure drops and rises.

Sergei N. Lazarev in his books "Diagnosis of Karma" (books 1-12) and "Man of the Future" he writes that the main cause of absolutely all diseases, including our topic, is the lack, lack or even absence of love in the human soul. When a person puts something above the love of God (and God, as the Bible says, is Love), then instead of gaining divine love, he aspires to something else. To what (erroneously) considers more important in life: money, fame, wealth, power, pleasure, sex, relationships, abilities, order, morality, knowledge, and many, many other material and spiritual values ... But this is not the goal, but only means to gain divine (true) love, love for God, love like God. And where there is no (true) love in the soul, as a feedback from the Universe, illnesses, problems and other troubles come. This is necessary in order for a person to think, realize that he is going the wrong way, think, say and do something wrong and begin to correct himself, take the right Path! There are many nuances of how the disease manifests itself in our body. You can learn more about this practical concept from books, seminars and video seminars by Sergey Nikolaevich Lazarev.

The search and research of metaphysical (subtle, mental, emotional, psychosomatic, subconscious, deep) causes of problems with blood pressure continues. This material is constantly updated. We ask readers to write their comments and send additions to this article. To be continued!

According to the latest statistics, more than 20% of the adult population of the world suffers from hypertension. We are talking about those who have already sought medical help and received a similar diagnosis.

However, it is possible that the same number of people continue to live their usual lives, not even suspecting what kind of disease develops in their body and why hypertension is dangerous - headache, dizziness, rapid heart rate, anxiety and aggressiveness, most are used to drowning out pills, writing off fatigue and stress, instead of going to the doctor, being examined and starting effective treatment.

Despite the fantastic achievements in the field of modern medicine and its constant development, researchers still cannot say exactly why hypertension still begins to develop. After all, certain groups of people live in approximately the same conditions, but the pressure does not increase for everyone, but only for some of them.

Louise Hay has developed a whole theory that explains why and who has high blood pressure and for what reasons hypertension begins to develop. Nervous stress, dissatisfaction with one's place in life, emotional shock - these, in her opinion, are the culprits of all diseases, and hypertension is no exception.

The table compiled by Louise Hay clearly differentiates which organ is affected by which mental problem - it will certainly be interesting for everyone to look at it.

What is hypertension and why does it appear

Hypertension is a human condition in which there is a consistently high blood pressure, while it can be accompanied by various disorders of the target organs - the brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, organs of vision.

The pressure at which the tonometer readings rise above 135/80 mm Hg is considered elevated. three consecutive measurements over two weeks. Optimal for a person's well-being and performance is considered to be a blood pressure of 120/80 mm Hg.

Hypertension is often the result of other diseases, it can be provoked by:

  • Obesity;
  • Diabetes;
  • Cardiac pathologies;
  • Atherosclerosis;
  • Osteochondrosis.

At the same time, arterial hypertension itself can cause other diseases and significantly worsen the patient's quality of life. The most dangerous complications of hypertension are stroke and myocardial infarction. Although even if it doesn’t come to this, it’s still sad to realize that now you will have to stick to a diet for the rest of your life, constantly measure your blood pressure, take medicine every day, refuse to play sports and outdoor activities, it’s sad enough.

But since hypertension is not considered a disease as such, there is no cure that can completely cure it either. You can only control blood pressure with varying degrees of success. And continue to look for a universal treatment that would help get rid of it forever.

Louise Hay thinks she found it. In her opinion, the cause of all diseases is unrealized dreams and aspirations of a person. Based on this, she is developing her own method of treating hypertension.

Louise Hay about the causes of hypertension

Blood pressure is created when blood circulates through a person's veins and arteries. According to Louise Hay, human blood is a symbol of joy and the desire to live. If he lives a monotonous, gray life, he has no prospects, each new day is similar to the previous one and does not bring any joy and hope (as it seems to a depressed patient), stagnant processes begin.

At the same time, they affect not only the spiritual world of a person, but also his body. Blood literally begins to circulate more slowly - Louise Hay is convinced of this. The world around a person is seething and living a fast-paced life, there is a lot of new interesting, joyful and bright in it. But absorbed in a dull life and everyday chores, the patient does not notice this.

He cannot break out of this vicious and very dangerous circle on his own, and often does not want to. Louise Hay believes: emotional trauma, mental imbalance, dissatisfaction, a hidden resentment, not even necessarily for a specific person, but simply for their own destiny and the whole world, cause high blood pressure and arterial hypertension.

When a patient crosses the 40-year mark, he begins to evaluate the past life, analyze what he has achieved and how he lives - and is disappointed, because not a single dream has become a reality. And, as he believes, it will no longer be. Such thoughts are depressing, leading to deep depression. And depression leads to the formation of diseases of the cardiovascular system, says Louise Hay.

There is a vasospasm under the influence of psycho-emotional stress. Blood can no longer circulate normally through the veins and arteries, resulting in an increase in pressure - and arterial hypertension occurs.

All the diseases that occur in the human body are programmed on a subconscious level by itself - this is what the American writer and researcher is sure of. If a person falls ill, it means that he himself so wanted at this stage of life, he needs it. In this way, he attracts attention to himself, since he cannot solve his internal unresolved problems in other ways.

To begin treatment, the patient must first understand his disease, to realize the fact that he created it for himself. And after that, understand yourself and find the true reason why he did it.

It is with her decision that the treatment of hypertension begins according to the method of Louise Hay.

How to treat hypertension according to the Louise Hay method

What does Louise Hay suggest to prevent the progression of hypertension and restore blood pressure indicators? What medicine, in her opinion, will be effective for vascular diseases? Everything is very simple.

It is enough just to repeat mentally or aloud every day: “I gladly forgive past grievances. Peace and harmony always reign in my soul. The only way to get rid of diseases is to be able to feel the joy of life again. You need to look around and learn to notice the positive and good, and not concentrate on the negative.

Louise Hay builds her method of treating hypertension on the following points:

  1. The day should begin with sincere gratitude to all the people around and the world for the opportunity to live in it and among them. If it seems that this is very difficult, it is worth remembering all the disabled and people with disabilities who would give a lot just to walk on two legs like everyone else, have two hands, move independently, work, live and love.
  2. You should try to do only what you really like, even if for this you have to radically change your life, change your place of work and circle of acquaintances.
  3. Be only with those people who are pleasant and loved. With those who are unpleasant, categorically do not communicate.
  4. Do not give up vacations and weekends at work. They must be taken, and at least sometimes, at least one day should be devoted only to yourself, your hobbies and thoughts.
  5. You should definitely get enough sleep every day. An active adult needs at least 8 hours of good sleep in order to fully recover and feel cheerful.
  6. If necessary, you can make an appointment with a psychotherapist. Some patients cannot even admit to themselves their true desires and aspirations. A professional doctor will help in this and greatly facilitate the existence.
  7. In conclusion, you should write a list of 100 items, each of which will be a secret desire. Before you add your desire to this list, you should think carefully and analyze whose it really is. Very many desires are imposed on people by parents from childhood, friends, colleagues, bosses, society. You should not think about such desires, because they will not bring happiness and peace.

Louise Hay is convinced that happiness and getting rid of diseases are possible only when all desires coming from the depths of the soul and heart are fulfilled. Or, at least, the person will be on the way to their implementation.

Louise Hay table - what is it

The table of the American researcher is quite extensive and it is not possible to present it in this article. The table lists the most common human diseases, the psychological causes that caused them, according to Louise Hay, and the settings that a person must remember and constantly repeat if he wants to recover.

Hypertension and arterial problems are just small numbers on this table. But since arterial hypertension is very rarely isolated, as a rule, it is accompanied by other pathologies, it will be interesting for hypertensive patients to familiarize themselves with this table in full. Finding it online is easy. Better yet, buy one of Louise Hay's books if you're really interested in her theory.

As mentioned above, Louise Hay considers arteries to be a source of joy. And if problems arise with them, there are violations of blood pressure in one direction or another, it means that the patient has lost his taste for life, the world around him has ceased to interest him. It is difficult to say how effective in this case the installations alone will be.

Arterial hypertension is indeed often caused by nervous strain. Therefore, if the patient is calmed by the attitudes of Louise Hay and set in a positive mood, this will definitely not be worse - internal balance is for the benefit of everyone, not only hypertensive patients.

However, doctors do not deny the harm that the human body experiences with the constant suppression of emotions. If you restrain your disappointment, anger, resentment, sooner or later it will lead to a nervous breakdown. It happens differently for every person. Someone really throws tantrums with breaking dishes and screaming. And some silently endure it, lose sleep and appetite.

All this has a very bad effect on the work of the heart, forcing it to work in extreme mode. It ceases to cope with its functions, and hence additional complications arise. So do not be surprised if a person who is completely healthy and prosperous for everyone suddenly has a hypertensive crisis or heart attack.

According to Louise Hay's theory, he simply suppressed his emotions for a very long time and did not live the life he wanted to live.

As a summary

When a patient is diagnosed with hypertension, all methods of treatment are good, as long as the patient does not get worse and the condition remains stable. But at the same time, one must be aware that if the disease has already affected the target organs and irreversible changes in the tissues have occurred, traditional medicine and special medicines can no longer be dispensed with.

Why, then, is the Louise Hay technique needed at all? Everything is very simple. With its help, you can stop the progression of the disease and prevent the development of new complications. And this is already a lot. In addition, a calm, peaceful, positive patient is always more likely to recover than a gloomy and embittered one.

A calm and rejoicing person is ready to be distracted from his illness, it is not so difficult for him to endure a diet and the rejection of many life pleasures, he is interested in others and strives to live like all healthy people, and not like a terminally ill person.

So, the method of treating hypertension according to the method of Louise Hay and all her books can be recommended to those patients who are prone to depression, suspiciousness, restlessness, aggressiveness, or, conversely, apathy. But at the same time, the patient should not forget about drug treatment and regular visits to the doctor. Such an integrated approach will certainly give its results very soon. In the video in this article, Louise Hay will tell you what to do with yourself and your health.

Louise Hay: high blood pressure and hypertension. Treatment of hypertension according to the method of Louise Hay.

Louise Hay's table is a kind of key to understanding the cause of a particular disease. It's very simple: the body, like everything else in our lives, is nothing but a direct reflection of our beliefs. Our body talks to us all the time - if we only take the time to listen ... Every cell of the body reacts to our every thought and every word, the author claims.

Unfortunately, it appeared "thanks" to her difficult fate, the fact that she had to endure truly tragic things, but this decoding of ailments is an indispensable assistant not only to her readers, but also to professional doctors, the relationship between the signs of the disease and the diagnosis itself is so accurately noticed. .

AFFIRMATION

Opposite the name in the table there are 2 columns - the cause of the disease and the mood for recovery or affirmation. We want to immediately explain what an affirmation is. An affirmation is a textual form of self-persuasion that must be repeated many times. Those who have already worked with Sytin's attitudes know that it is necessary not only to pronounce the text, but to literally imagine the image, the picture in this case of change, self-acceptance, and as a result, recovery.

Of course, it is difficult to immediately accept this simple truth that our illnesses are just unspoken negative emotions - anger, resentment, sadness, disappointment, even despair, despondency. It's easier to put the responsibility for your recovery and fate, for example, on a doctor, on your relatives, but will this help you, Louise Hay asks. The affirmation table is a kind of "heart-to-heart talk" with yourself, those problems that prevent you from becoming happy. In our opinion, the disease must be dealt with comprehensively. These are pills, and competent doctors, and of course the mood for the best.

LOUISE HAY

Louise Hay (birth name Lepta Kau, born October 8, 1926)- a self-made woman, the embodiment of the American dream. Even a cursory reading of her biography (difficult poor childhood, intense emotional background in the family, early pregnancy, cancer) understands how much she had to go through before she came to the top - millions of copies of books (the most famous "Heal Your Life" came out in 1984) , fame, participation in television programs, shows, etc.

And although the ideas that Louise Hay carries in her books are as old as the world, however, few people apply them in life - we each rush so fast in our own orbit, someone is happy, someone is quite the opposite, and there is no time to stop and look on yourself from the side. In short, the writer teaches to understand and accept oneself, arguing that without this “base”, there is no successful future. The relationship between specific diseases and the internal state of a person is also clearly shown.

About developing self-love.

The writer claims that when we fully accept and love ourselves, life immediately begins to change for the better, even in small things. We begin to attract new interesting events, new people, financial prosperity appears, confidence in the future. All her affirmations are based on this belief. And these are not miracles, but a natural pattern in which people have forgotten how to believe!

Also, due to the complete acceptance of yourself, you begin to change outwardly, many are rapidly getting younger, the weight returns to normal, you feel a surge of strength and energy.

On self-perception and self-criticism

In no case should you criticize yourself, - L. Hay believes, allow yourself to be imperfect today, because many simply torment themselves with a lack of perfection in themselves, make some achievement an indispensable condition for self-love, for example: "I would love myself, if I had an ideal weight, and now ... no, which one of me is ideal? When and who weaned us to praise ourselves? Criticism creates a lot of problems. Of course, you need to strive for excellence, but not at the expense of happiness and health, after all. Believe me, the most beautiful people are happy people, and just at the moment when you stop biting yourself for your imperfections, they will evaporate like smoke.

At least for the sake of the experiment, give yourself time and do not criticize yourself, work with affirmations, you will see a result that will amaze you! This is not about "selfishness", but about gratitude to God, fate for the gift of life.

Without exception, all the events of your life until now have been created only by you, with the help of your beliefs based on past experience. They were created by you with the thoughts and words that you used yesterday, last week, last month, last year, 10, 20, 30, 40 years ago, depending on your age.

However, everything is in the past. What matters is your choice of what to think and believe now. Always remember that these thoughts and words will create your future. Your strength is in the present moment. The present moment creates the events of tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, and so on. Notice what you are thinking at the moment as you read these lines. Are these thoughts positive or negative? Do you want these thoughts of yours to influence your future?

The only thing you need to work with, says Louise Hay, is your thought, and a thought can be consciously changed. No matter what the nature of your problem, it is only a reflection of your train of thought. For example, the thought flashed through your mind: “I am a bad person.” A thought entails a feeling that you give in to. If you did not have such a thought, the feeling would be absent. And thoughts can be consciously changed. Change the sad thought and the sad feeling will disappear. It doesn't matter how long in your life you thought negatively. Power is always in the present moment, not in the past. So let's get free, right now!

We tend to think about the same things over and over again, and therefore it seems to us that we do not choose our thoughts. And yet, the initial choice is ours. We refuse to think about anything specific. Remember how often we refuse to think positively about ourselves.

Well, now let's learn not to think negatively about ourselves. It seems to me that everyone on this planet, everyone I know, with whom I work, suffers from self-loathing and guilt to one degree or another. The more self-hatred we have, the less luck we have.

Types of resistance to change according to Louise Hay

If you think it's hard for you to change, then you're dealing with the hardest lesson of your life. But one should not abandon the idea of change because of such resistance. You can work on two levels:
1. Consciously accept your resistance.
2. Constantly change.
Watch yourself, see how you resist and, in spite of this, change.
Our actions often indicate that we are resisting.
This can be expressed:
- changing the topic of conversation
- Desire to leave the room
- go to the toilet, be late,
- get sick
- look to the side or out the window;
- refusing to pay attention to anything,
- in the desire to eat, smoke, drink,
- end the relationship.

Wrong beliefs that prevent change

Beliefs. We grow up with beliefs that later become resistance. Here are some of our limited beliefs:
- It won't suit me.
- Men (women) should not do this,
- It's not like that in my family.
- Love is not for me, it's too stupid,
- Too far to go
- Too expensive,
- Takes a lot of time
- I do not believe in this,
- I'm not like that.

Signs of transferring responsibility to other people for their actions and failures

"They are". We distribute our power to others and use it as an excuse to resist change. We have the following ideas in mind:
- The moment is not right.
"They" won't let me change.
- I don't have the right teacher, book, class, etc.
- My doctor says differently.
- It's their fault.
- First they must change.
- They do not understand.
- It's against my beliefs, religion, philosophy.
- We think of ourselves: Too old.
- Too young.
- Too fat.
- Too skinny.
- Too high.
- Too small.
- Too lazy.
- Too strong.
- Too weak.
- Too stupid.
- Too poor.
- Too serious.
- Maybe all this is not for me.

Resistance to change due to fear of the unknown:

The biggest resistance in us is due to fear - FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN. Listen:
- I'm not ready.
- I can't do anything.
- What will the neighbors say?
- I don't want to open this "can of worms".
- And what will be the reaction of my parents (husband, wife, grandmother, etc.)?
- I know too little.
- What if I hurt myself?
- I don't want others to know about my problems.
- I do not want to talk about this.
- Too difficult.
- I do not have enough money.
- I will lose my friends.
- I trust no one.
- I'm not good enough for that.
And the list could go on forever.

In his books, L. Hay says: “Change your beliefs and your life will change! Every thought we have can be changed! If unwanted thoughts visit you all the time, catch yourself on such thoughts and tell them: “Out!” Instead, accept a thought that can bring you good luck."

How can you change? Three main principles underlie this:
1. Desire to change.
2. Mind control.
3. Forgiving yourself and others.

Resentment Dissolution Exercise

Sit somewhere quiet, relax. Imagine that you are in a darkened theater and there is a small stage in front of you. Put on the stage the person you need to forgive (the person you hate the most in the world). This person may be alive or dead, and your hatred may be both in the past and in the present. When you clearly see this person, imagine that something good is happening to him, something that is of great importance to this person. Imagine him smiling and happy. Hold this image in your mind for a few minutes and then let it disappear.

Then, when the person you want to forgive leaves the stage, put yourself there. Imagine that only good things happen to you. Imagine yourself happy (howling) and smiling (smiling). And know that there is enough goodness in the universe for all of us. This exercise dissolves the dark clouds of accumulated resentment. Some will find this exercise very difficult. Each time you make it, you can draw in the imagination of different people. Do this exercise once a day for a month and see how much easier life becomes for you.

Exercise "Mental representation"

Imagine yourself as a small child (5-6 years old). Look deeply into this child's eyes. Try to see deep longing and understand that this longing is for love for you. Reach out your arms and hug this little child, hold him to your chest. Tell him how much you love him. Say that you admire his mind, and if he makes mistakes, then this is nothing, everyone makes them. Promise him that you will always come to his aid if necessary.

Now let the child become very small, the size of a pea. Put it in your heart. Let him settle there. When you look down, you will see his little face and you will be able to give him all your love, which is so important to him. Now imagine your mother when she was 4-5 years old, scared and longing for love. Stretch out your hands to her and tell her how much you love her. Tell her that she can count on you no matter what.

When she calms down and feels safe, take her to your heart. Now imagine your father as a little boy of 3-4 years old, he is also very afraid of something and cries loudly, inconsolably. You will see tears streaming down his face. You now know how to soothe small children, Hold him to your chest and feel his trembling body. Calm him down. Let him feel your love. Tell him that you will always be by his side. When his tears dry, let him also become very tiny. put it in your heart with you and your mom. Love them all, for there is nothing more sacred than the love of little children. There is enough love in your heart to heal our entire planet. But let's heal ourselves first. Feel the warmth spreading through your body, softness and tenderness. Let this precious feeling begin to change your life.

Louise Hay's exercise against negative statements

Take a piece of paper and make lists of all the negative things your parents said about you. It takes at least half an hour to remember such details. What did they say about money? What did they say about your body? About love and relationships between people? About your abilities? If you can, look at this list objectively and say to yourself, “So that’s where I get these thoughts from!”

So let's take a blank sheet of paper and go a little further. Who else have you constantly heard negative statements from?
- From relatives.
- From teachers.
- From friends.
- From those who represented power.

Write it all down. When you write all this, see how you feel. Two sheets of paper that you have written on are thoughts that you urgently need to get rid of! These are just the thoughts that prevent you from living.

Exercise with a mirror

I ask the patient to take a mirror, look into his eyes and, mentioning his name, say: "I love you and accept you as you are." This is incredibly difficult for some! I see how different people react to this - some start crying, others get angry, and still others say they can't do it. One of my patients even threw a mirror at me and ran away. It took him several months to finally be able to look at himself in the mirror without experiencing negative emotions.

Exercise "Decision to change"

The attitude of many of us towards life is primarily a feeling of helplessness. We have long given up on life with its hopelessness and hopelessness. For some, the cause is countless disappointments, for others, constant pain, and so on. But the result is the same for everyone - a complete rejection of life and an unwillingness to see oneself and one's life in a completely different way, says L. Hay. Well, if you asked yourself the question: “what exactly causes constant disappointments in my life?”

What is it that you give away so generously that causes others to annoy you so much? Everything you give, you get back. The more irritated you are, the more you create situations that irritate you. I wonder if you were annoyed now, reading the previous paragraph? If yes, then that's great! That's why you need to change!

Now let's talk about change and our desire to change, says Louise Hay. We all want our lives to change, but we don't want to change ourselves. Let someone else change, let "they" change, and I'll wait. In order to change anyone else, you must first change yourself.

And you must change internally. We must change the way we think, the way we speak, and what we say. Only then will the real change come. I personally have always been stubborn, the author recalls. Even when I made the decision to change, this stubbornness got in the way. But I still knew that this was where I needed to change. The more I hold on to a statement, the clearer it becomes to me that it is from that statement that I need to free myself.

And only when you are convinced of this from your own experience, you can teach others. It seems to me that all excellent spiritual teachers had an unusually difficult childhood, went through pain and suffering, but learned to free themselves, which they began to teach others. Many good teachers are constantly working on themselves and this becomes their main occupation in life.

Exercise "I want to change"

Repeat the phrase: "I want to change" as often as possible. While saying this phrase to yourself, touch your throat. The throat is the center where all the energy needed for change is concentrated. And be ready for change when it enters your life.

Know also that if you think that somewhere you are unable to change yourself, that is where you need to change. “I want to change. I want to change." The forces of the Universe will automatically help you in your intention, and you will be surprised to discover more and more positive changes in your life.

METHODOLOGY for attracting financial stability

If you follow the advice of Louise Hay, then in order to receive an endless stream of blessings and abundance from the Universe, you must first create a mental attitude that accepts abundance. If you don't, then no matter how much you say you want something, you won't be able to let it into your life. But it doesn't matter how long you've been thinking about yourself "I'm a loser"! It's just a thought and you can choose a new one instead, right now!

Take a few minutes to focus on the success and prosperity you want to bring into your life by doing the exercise below. Record your answers on a separate piece of paper or in your diary.

How do you use money

Louise Hay recommends writing down three critiques about how you handle money. For example, you are constantly in debt, do not know how to save or enjoy the fact that you have them. Recall one example from your life when your actions did not follow these undesirable patterns.

For example:
I criticize myself for spending too much money and always getting into debt. I can't balance my budget.
I commend myself for paying all my bills this month. I make payments on time and with joy.

Working with a mirror
Stand with your arms outstretched and say: "I am open and receptive to every good." What do you feel about it? Now look in the mirror and say this affirmation again, feeling it. What kind of feelings do you have? Do you feel a sense of release from _________? (fill in the gap yourself) L. Hay advises doing this exercise every morning. This wonderfully symbolic gesture can heighten your prosperity consciousness and bring more blessings into your life.

Your feelings about money
According to Louise, it is necessary to examine your feelings of self-worth regarding money. Answer the following questions as honestly as possible.
1. Go to the mirror again. Look yourself in the eye and say, “When it comes to money, my biggest fear is…” Then write down your response and explain why you are feeling this way.
2. What did you learn about money as a child?
3. What era did your parents grow up in? What were their thoughts about money?
4. How was finance handled in your family?
5. How do you handle money now?
6. What would you like to change in your awareness of money and attitude towards it?

Ocean of Plenty with Louise Hay

Your prosperity consciousness does not depend on money; on the contrary, this cash flow depends on your prosperity consciousness. When you can imagine more, more will come into your life.

Imagine that you are standing on a seashore, looking out into the ocean and knowing that it reflects the abundance available to you. Look at your hands and see what kind of vessel you are holding in them. What is it - a teaspoon, a thimble with a hole, a paper cup, a glass cup, a jug, a bucket, a basin - or maybe a pipe connected to this ocean of abundance?

Look around and pay attention: no matter how many people are standing next to you and no matter what vessels they have in their hands, there will be enough water for everyone. You cannot rob another, and others cannot rob you.

Your vessel is your consciousness, and it can always be exchanged for a larger vessel. Do this exercise as often as possible to experience a sense of expansion and boundless flow.

Method for getting rid of any disease

When dealing with any medical problem, it is important to talk to a medical professional. However, it is equally important to discover the roots of the disease within yourself. It is not possible to completely cure ill-health by dealing with the physical symptoms alone. Your body will continue to manifest sickness until you heal the emotional and spiritual issues that are the source of this sickness.

By doing the exercises below, you will get a better idea of your own thoughts about health. (Please write your answers on a separate piece of paper or in your diary.)

Let go of health problems

True healing embraces the body, mind and spirit. I believe that if we "treat" an illness but don't deal with the emotional and spiritual issues that surround the illness, it will only reappear. So, are you ready to let go of the need that has contributed to your health problems? Keep in mind that when you have a condition that you want to change, the first thing to do is to say, "I'm ready to let go of my need that created this condition." Say it again. Repeat while looking in the mirror. Repeat this phrase whenever you think about your condition. This is the first step towards creating change.

The role of illness in your life

Now complete the following statements, trying to speak as honestly as possible:
1. I make myself sick in the following way...
2. I get sick when I try to avoid...
3. When I get sick, I always want ...
4. When I was sick as a child, my mother (my father) always ...
5. When I am sick, I am most afraid of ...

Your family history
Then take your time and do the following:
1. List all of your mother's illnesses.
2. List all of your father's illnesses.
3. List all your illnesses.
4. Do you see any connection between them?

Your beliefs about being unhealthy
Let's take a closer look at your beliefs about unhealthiness. Answer the following questions:
1. What do you remember about your childhood illnesses?
2. What did you learn about illness from your parents?
3. Did you enjoy being sick as a child, and if so, why?
4. Have you retained any beliefs about illness since childhood that you continue to act on to this day?
5. How do you contribute to your health?
6. Would you like to change the state of your health? If yes, how exactly?

Self-worth and health
Now let's explore the issue of self-worth in relation to your health. Answer the following questions. After each answer, say one or more of the positive affirmations below to counteract the negative belief.
1. Do you feel like you deserve good health?
2. What is your biggest fear about your health?
3. What do you "get" from this belief?
4. What negative consequences do you fear if you let go of this belief?

Illness treatment scenario

I accept health as the natural state of my being. I am now consciously releasing any inner mental patterns that may in any way express themselves as unhealthy. I love and approve of myself. I love and approve of my body. I feed him healthy food and drinks. I exercise it in ways that give me pleasure. I recognize my body as a wonderful and magnificent machine and consider it a privilege to be able to live in it. I love to feel the abundance of energy. All is well in my world.

LOUISE HAY'S METHOD for getting rid of addictions (drugs, smoking, alcohol)

No book, let alone a single chapter, can completely replace therapy and 12-step programs in addiction recovery. However, change starts from within. Even the best programs cannot help you if you are not ready to give up your addiction.

It's time to create a new vision for your future and let go of any beliefs and thoughts that don't support it. You can begin this process of changing your worldview by doing the following exercises. Record your answers on a separate piece of paper or in a diary.

Exercise "Release your addiction"

Take a few deep breaths; close your eyes; think of a person, place, or thing that you are addicted to. Think about the madness behind this addiction. You are trying to fix what you think is wrong with you by grasping at something that is outside of you.

The point of power is in the present moment, and you can start making changes today. Be willing to let go of that need. Say, “I am ready to let go of the need for _____________ from my life. I release it now and trust that the process of life will meet my needs.”

Repeat this every morning in your daily meditations or prayers. List 10 secrets about your addiction that you never told anyone about. If you're prone to overeating, you may have taken scraps out of the trash can.

If you are an alcoholic, you may have kept a bottle in your car to drink while driving. If you are a gambler, you may have put your family in danger by borrowing money to satisfy your gambling appetites. Be completely honest and open.

Now let's work on letting go of the emotional attachment to your addiction. Let the memories be just memories. By letting go of the past, we are free to use all our mental power to enjoy the present moment and create a brilliant future. We don't have to continue beating ourselves up for the past.

1. List everything you are willing to let go.
2. How ready are you to let go? Pay attention to your reactions and write them down.
3. What will you have to do to let it all go? How ready are you to do it?

The role of self-approval
Since self-hatred plays a very important role in addictive behavior, we will now do one of my favorite exercises. I have taught it to thousands of people and the results are always phenomenal. For the next month, whenever you think about your addiction, repeat to yourself over and over again: “I approve of myself.”

Do this 300-400 times a day. No, it's not too much! When you are anxious, you think about your problem at least as many times. Let the phrase "I approve of myself" become your eternal mantra, which you will repeat to yourself over and over again almost continuously.

The utterance of this statement is guaranteed to arouse in the mind everything that can contradict it. When a negative thought arises in your mind, such as “How can I approve of myself? I just ate two pieces of cake!” or “I never succeed” or any other negative “grunt” is the moment to seize mental control. Do not attach any importance to this thought.

Just see it for what it is, another way to get you stuck in the past. Gently say to that thought, “Thank you for sharing with me. I let you go. I approve of myself." Remember, thoughts of resistance have no power over you unless you choose to believe them yourself.

The power of self-hypnosis can work wonders - many of us have heard, more than once convinced of the correctness and plausibility of this expression. Some tribes living in Africa, with the help of only one self-suggestion aimed at blocking the pain aspect, can endure surgery without the use of anesthesia. Such an impact on your body as a result not only does not contribute to the occurrence of a painful shock, but also does not entail any consequences at all.

The modern world is rich and diverse. Various kinds of technologies are firmly rooted in our lives, which without them is not possible. People have long ceased to believe in the heritage of their ancestors, relying only on the results of the calculations of their computers. Meanwhile, self-hypnosis plays a huge role, even in the life of modern and technologically advanced humanity. The manifestation of such a factor is banal and everyday. Headache is the result of the manifestation of over-emotions, panic mood and, in the end, self-hypnosis.

Often, pains that are produced in the head area are symptoms of more serious diseases and serve only as signals from our body that report a problem. But the current civilized world has brought to a new level a completely different kind of headaches, called psychosomatic.

Headache and psychosomatics

Psychosomatic headaches are the result of the action of external irritating factors on the emotional background of a person. Continuous stresses that cause psychological stress and conflicts, the dynamics of modern working conditions that require constant stress, both physical and emotional, and even a huge stream of negative information pouring daily from TV screens and newspaper counters - all this can fully cause this type of headaches.

Surprisingly, the consequences of such seemingly insignificant causes can cause significant changes in the normal functioning of the body. An increase in blood pressure, fluctuations in the walls of blood vessels that create increased cranial pressure, and even metabolic disorders - these are the consequences of a psychosomatic effect on the body. And not surprisingly, pay attention to the reaction of people who are in the stage of anger or fear. Redness of the skin or their pallor, characterize the reaction of blood vessels to the influx of adrenaline, caused by the power of thought alone. For this reason, such a syndrome as a headache is the most common in the modern world, especially those types that are caused by an emotional factor.

Psychosomatic reactions to various internal factors, which are based on psychological trauma and internal conflict caused by the lack of achievement of the desired result. The contradictions and resentment caused by the imaginary awareness of one's own insignificance are also one of the reasons for the appearance of such pains.

Depression is an ailment that in the modern world has long stepped over from the rank of made-up diagnoses of mankind, into the category of real-life problems. Depression is a product of modern civilization and is truly terrifying. Not only psychosomatic headaches, but also sleep disturbance, eating disorders, which is associated with loss of appetite, and various hypertensive ailments go hand in hand with this disease. Depression is terrible for its effect on the human body, a characteristic feature, which is physical and nervous exhaustion. For this reason, the occurrence of headaches of the psychosomatic type, with the development of this disease, occurs almost always.

As a result of the action of all these, or some of the factors, it leads to the formation of pains that have their own characteristics.

Tension headache is most often caused by work-related factors. The source of the problem of this nature is the childhood of a person. Ambition, the possibility of realizing any whim and achieving any result strongly affect the failures that occur in adulthood. The emotional disappointment of the current position is so great that it causes these headaches.

Migraine is a type of headache caused by the narrowing of blood vessels in the brain. There are several causes of migraine, and their lion's share is psychosomatic in nature.

Headaches in this situation also have a positive effect, being a kind of psychological lightning rod that prevents the process of oversaturation of negative factors within the human emotional background. A person simply forgets about many experiences, faced with physical discomfort caused by pain. But in some cases, pain can further increase internal contradictions and conflicts.

The external image of a person subject to such influence is often typical and looks like this. Tense facial muscles, above average intelligence. For such people, the characteristic traits of character are ambition, emotionality, a sense of responsibility and altruism. Moreover, these features have too emotional color and a certain touch of fanaticism.

To help such people it is necessary to understand that the problem lies within each of us. Only the solution of internal contradictions and getting rid of the captivity of one's own illusions and ambitions can resolve this situation.

Create warm and favorable conditions around such a person. Remember that in some cases, psychosomatic headaches are a way of manipulating the people around him. Let such a person understand that warm emotions towards him are not caused by his painful condition, but by the beauty of the inner world. Give the opportunity to forget about existing problems and redirect negative energy in a different direction.

Don't keep disturbing thoughts to yourself. Cry and laugh, because only sincere manifestations of feelings will not allow the disease to overcome you.

Be bold in your decisions, be honest with yourself and others. Make the world accept you for who you are. Say what you think and do what you feel, and then everything will work out for you.

Hypertension and psychosomatics

High blood pressure occurs in young and old people. The physiological and psychosomatic causes of hypertension are the cause of this condition. As a result, therapeutic measures for such a pathology include an integrated approach. Therefore, measures should be taken at the first jumps in blood pressure, until hypertension has developed into a chronic form.

What is hypertension?

Hypertension (essential hypertension) is a disease in which the main symptom is high blood pressure. Often this pathology is fixed in adults over 40 years old, but at a young age, cases of such a violation are also noted. Hypertension in humans occurs regardless of gender and is the leading cause of death among patients with cardiovascular disorders.

Causes of pathology

Causes of hypertension include:

  • excess body weight;
  • unstable emotional background;
  • severe nervous shocks;
  • brain injury;
  • chronic diseases that have a negative impact on the cardiovascular system;
  • hereditary predisposition;
  • diseases of an infectious and viral nature;
  • age-related change in the vessels (often low pressure develops into high);
  • elevated cholesterol levels, which provoke the formation of plaques, and they interfere with normal blood flow;
  • menopausal manifestations in women (during this period, low blood pressure often jumps to high levels);
  • abuse of bad habits;
  • excessive consumption of salty foods;
  • rapid overestimation of adrenaline in the body;
  • sedentary lifestyle.

Psychosomatics of the disease

Some psychiatrists associate high blood pressure readings with excessive commitment. As a rule, such people have grandiose plans, the fulfillment of which takes a lot of time and effort. Therefore, excessive efforts are required to achieve these goals. It follows from this that the psychosomatics of hypertension is the body's reaction to overwork, as well as to the emotions that appear with disappointment and excitement.

Many hypertensive patients are characterized by selfish traits, they go to any lengths in order to fulfill their tasks. This character trait helps to achieve significant results in career growth, but it negatively affects health. Increased pressure in such situations is manifested in young and old people with the same frequency.

Value according to Sinelnikov

Sinelnikov believes that high pressure speaks of a person's active position, his response to obstacles that arise throughout his life path. Blood pressure increases in a person who does not let go of unresolved situations for a long time. As a result, such people are constantly in tension and experience a feeling of fear and distrust.

Psychological causes of high blood pressure

Psychosomatic causes that contribute to the occurrence of hypertension include:

Stages of psychosomatic illness

A psychosomatic disorder manifests itself gradually, against the background of a weakening of the protective forces that cease to restrain mental and physical damage to the human body. There are such stages of psychosomatics:

  1. Psychosocial. At this stage, problems are formed that need to be resolved. The reaction to external stimuli is the internal decisions and subsequent actions of a person.
  2. Psychoprotective or adaptive. The 2nd stage is characterized by a violation in the adoption of decisions that are directed to solving the problem. As a result of such a violation, psychological protection is activated in the body. Although internal discomfort develops, triggered defense mechanisms help to cope with negative emotions. At this stage, you can get rid of the symptoms by identifying the root cause of the violation.
  3. Psychosomatic. At this stage, the repressed internal conflict is transformed into bodily disturbance and this causes the symptoms of physical diseases. During the psychosomatic stage, mental discomfort weakens, and physical discomfort increases.
  4. Last. This stage is characterized by the self-destruction of the body due to the inability to retain painful mental experiences. Such psychosomatic processes often trigger fatal diseases. The human psyche is no longer able to cope with protective functions, and pathological conditions arise at the subconscious level - diseases of a chronic and hereditary nature, as well as addictions.

What to do?

In order to be healed of hypertension, a person should reconsider his position in life. Namely, to turn a negative idea about the world around us into a positive one. The correct redistribution of goals and responsibilities is important. For people with high blood pressure, it is recommended to realize that all people are different and learn to accept them as they are. It is also necessary to give the body a rest from work and thought processes, to be more often among friends and do what you love.

Headache and psychosomatics

Headache is a symptom of many diseases, but sometimes it is just a response to our inner experiences.

The vast majority of adults suffer from headaches from time to time. Approximately 10% of people have such pains associated with organic diseases, and in 7% they are permanent. Very often a headache is a symptom of psychosomatic disorders, and very often it is a form of such a disorder.

Usually, psychosomatic pains appear as a result of stress factors that, by affecting the nervous system, can change the functions and condition of various organs and systems of the human body. As a result of stress, the heart rate, respiratory rate, vascular tone, gastrointestinal function, and much more change. As a result of these changes, there may be a violation of metabolic processes, a change in cerebral circulation, an increase in the oscillatory mobility of blood vessels. Increased intracranial pressure, and this, in turn, leads to irritation of pain receptors.

When do psychosomatic headaches occur?

  • Headache can occur during a psychosomatic reaction to conflict or emotional trauma. Most of us are familiar with a headache that appears out of nowhere, in moments of great excitement and anxiety.
  • Hostility, resentment and anger can replace short-term headaches. Such pains can also occur as a reaction to overload, both physical and emotional, to general overwork, or against the background of a conflict regarding the recognition of significance. The trigger mechanism is often situations in which a person fails to achieve the desired social success.
  • Depression can also cause headaches. Along with other somatic complaints, headache usually dominates in the case of masked and latent depressions. Depression of exhaustion may also be the cause. As a rule, it has three main stages: increased sensitivity and irritability, psychosomatic complaints, including headaches, and, finally, exhaustion of the nervous system (headache syndrome of the second half of life).

The psychological significance of headaches

Headaches occur when the mental level is full. The pain itself acts as a way of unloading. Through pain, a symbolic reflection of feelings suppressed by a person is carried out. Many people associate pain with guilt and punishment. But, meanwhile, psychosomatic pain often leads to the appearance of tension and anxiety, which enhance its perception.

There are a number of features that are characteristic of people suffering from psychosomatic headaches. Usually these are perfectionists, people who strive to do their job not just well, but perfectly, they have such qualities as ambition, increased emotionality, conscientiousness, hypertrophied responsibility, the need for approval and recognition, as well as altruism, often accompanied by a sense of guilt for insufficient devotion. ideas of altruism.

Analgesics alone are not enough to help a person with psychosomatic headaches, although they often relieve the headache, at least temporarily. These drugs include Andipal, Nurofen, Citramon and many others. For a complete victory over pain, such people need to go through an internal conflict and get rid of increased stress. Processing of the internal conflict can be carried out within the framework of psychological counseling.

In order to remove the emotional factor that gives rise to psychosomatic headaches, you need to learn to be less receptive, free yourself from the need for approval, stop striving to please everyone and slightly lower the bar of requirements set in relation to yourself.

It is often difficult to establish whether a disease has a psychosomatic component. But it is believed to define the disease if no other biological explanation is found.

The concept of psychosomatics

Psychosomatic medicine studies the relationship of social, psychological and behavioral factors affecting the processes occurring in the body and affecting the quality of human life.

Psychosomatics believes that all diseases are associated with psychological problems.

If you take a closer look at psychosomatic disorders, you can find that almost all physical diseases have psychological factors. Even diseases as serious as cancer can be influenced by the power of a person's thoughts, feelings, and overall mental health.

In today's world, the psychosomatic aspects of illness are often associated with stress.

Psychological causes of hypertension

Hypertension is a health problem that affects millions of people around the world. Since its symptoms are most pronounced depending on the emotional overstrain, psychosomatics is considered the reason for this. High blood pressure is one of the body's defense mechanisms, which is activated at the moment of danger.

Hypertension affects a huge number of people around the world.

When this situation disappears, blood pressure returns to normal levels. But if the problem makes you live in tension for a long time, then blood pressure does not decrease.

Among the causes that support stress, there may be such emotional disorders that create a negative impact on a person in the short, medium or long term:

  • problems in marriage;
  • unemployment;
  • unresolved housing problems.

Psychosomatics of chronic anxiety, if a person cannot cope with circumstances or express his anger, is responsible for high blood pressure.

Also, some personality characteristics affect the development of hypertension: an excessive need to control everything, touchiness, rigidity, and uncertainty.

How is the psychosomatics of high blood pressure expressed?

The manifestation of hypertension is not always pronounced. When measuring pressure in patients who applied to a medical institution with complaints of dizziness, impaired mental and physical capabilities, it turns out that it is increased.

A person with high blood pressure is worried about headache, insomnia, irritability.

If treatment is refused, such people begin to be disturbed by bouts of irritability, a state of anxiety, and a decrease in working capacity, both physical and mental.

Then the symptoms are joined by increased fatigue and intolerance to sharp sounds, nighttime insomnia, daytime drowsiness and other psychosomatics.

High pressure affects the development of vascular depression, accompanied by a decrease in motor activity.

Over time, a psychoorganic syndrome begins to form in such patients: the creative orientation and overall performance decrease, and the possibility of memorization and ingenuity worsens. There is a gradual narrowing of the circle of interests, touchiness and irascibility appear.

Sometimes there may be paranoid signs: it seems to patients that others are unkind to them. In the later stages of the disease, organic changes begin to appear with a thickening of the muscular layer of the arteries and a narrowing of the lumen of the vessels, which additionally causes prerequisites for an increase in pressure.

What causes the dependence of the disease on the state of the nervous system

Manifestations of hypertension have been noticed for a long time, but their study began only in the 19th century. This became possible after the manometer was invented by an Italian physician to measure blood pressure.

To date, the causes of the increase in pressure have not been fully studied.

But it is obvious that the nervous system has a great influence on its level. The psychosomatics of prolonged emotional stress that disrupts the central nervous system is responsible for the excitation of the autonomic centers and causes high blood pressure.

Internal conflict

Under the influence of external circumstances, a person may experience such feelings as fear, anger, resentment. Prolonged stay in this state forces him to be in emotional stress. A person believes that the manifestation of true feelings can negatively affect his moral and ethical appearance.

You shouldn't place too high demands on a child. In the future, this may lead to health problems and the occurrence of hypertension.

Note! Internal conflicts can begin their destructive effect from childhood. This is due to the demanding attitude towards children on the part of parents and their constant control.

Trying to meet the expectations of adults, the child suppresses anger and aggression. Such a habit usually persists in later life, while the person's health deteriorates, indicating that the main reason for this is psychosomatics.

High pressure pursues people with such personal characteristics:

  • ambition;
  • tendency to criticize;
  • increased degree of responsibility;
  • resentment.

Wrong motivation

The risk group includes people who make every effort to make a career. This usually creates tension in their psychological state.

Careerists often face increased pressure

Trying to achieve a higher position in society and advance to the next step, they constantly and consciously expose themselves to overstrain, and having achieved the planned goal, they switch again to achieving a new, more serious one that requires full dedication.

At the same time, a person has to overstrain and use all emotional possibilities to achieve the desired level, exposing the nervous system to overload.

Instilled model of behavior from the outside

Imposing on a person, especially in childhood or adolescence, certain characteristics that directly or indirectly indicate shortcomings in his appearance or failure as a person, ultimately underestimate self-esteem.

Holding back your emotions is bad for your health.

Such a model over time can turn him into an infantile person, who, as a result, has negative emotions that accumulate in his mind for years, causing constant tension.

The same effect occurs with strict observance of the rules of conduct, when it is required to restrain one's emotions.

self-hypnosis

It is no secret that many diseases can arise due to self-hypnosis. If a person imagines the symptoms that occur with a particular disease, then there is a high probability that subsequently such a disease will manifest itself in reality.

This can happen to a person who has high blood pressure and is diagnosed with hypertension. Psychosomatics haunts people with a weak will.

Guilt

The constant scourging of oneself because of some mistakes made earlier, or the feeling of one's guilt in the situations that are happening, makes a person act in such a way as to drown out this feeling in himself.

Feelings of guilt can lead to high blood pressure

He tries to do everything dependent on him, and sometimes even beyond his capabilities.

Keep in mind! The most detrimental effect on a person is the people around him, constantly blaming him. Guilt makes it impossible to feel a happy person, causing health problems, in particular hypertension.

Psychological trauma, upheaval

Experienced psychological trauma in the past negatively affects the emotional state of a person. Such shocks remain in memory for a long time, affecting not only psychological health and a distorted perception of the world around them, but also the occurrence of chronic diseases.

Fear, anxiety

In many cases, the cause of high blood pressure lies in the patient's excessive anxiety, increased anxiety and fear. This usually occurs in unbalanced, emotionally unstable people with periodic manifestations of hysteria.

Fear and anxiety affect a person's well-being

Anger and a feeling of fear excite the nervous system, increasing the production of stress hormones and, as a result, an increase in blood pressure.

In the same way, hypertension occurs if a person tries to gain recognition from others and thereby assert himself. He takes on overwhelming tasks, worrying about their implementation. Anxiety also worries ambitious people who strive to constantly compete.

Feeling of lack of time

A hard working person who would like to maximize the day, pressure surges are known. Hypertension is predisposed to discreet and hardworking people who want to do everything on their own. The probability of not being able to finish the work on time causes them anxiety and anxiety.

Pathological dependence on the opinions of others exacerbates the feeling of inferiority.

This leads to psychological stress, the release of adrenaline, due to which the blood vessels spasm, and high blood pressure occurs. If you do not pay due attention to such emotions, then over time such psychosomatics will turn hypertension into a chronic disease.

pent up anger

Studies by American scientists in 1970 concluded that people who are prone to frequent anger are more likely to suffer from hypertension.

Such people, afraid of losing the favor of others, try to control their emotions.

The expression of aggressiveness is condemned, and the person tries to harbor negative feelings, hiding hostility. Over the years, unexpressed emotions accumulate rage and contribute to increased pressure.

Other possible causes

Other problems of the psycho-emotional state of a person can also have an adverse effect on the body and the development of chronic diseases, including hypertension:

  1. Excessive restraint.
  2. Stubbornness.
  3. Stealth.
  4. Chronic neuro-psychic tension.
  5. Accelerated pace of life within the metropolis.

How does a psychosomatic disorder appear?

Often, patients' complaints of pain are considered signs of the onset of a psychosomatic disorder, and, usually, no somatic diseases are detected during the examination.

Sometimes during the diagnosis, minor deviations from the norm of test indicators can be detected.

It has been established that in this case, neurotic pains most often appear in the region of the heart, in the limbs, under the shoulder blade, in the retrosternal part of the body, in the gastrointestinal tract, or pain in the head.

In addition, patients complain of:

  • fast fatigue;
  • heaviness in the limbs;
  • cardiopalmus;
  • feeling of a lump in the throat;
  • dizziness;
  • nausea;
  • diarrhea.

How to deal with the problem

Modern psychosomatics offers its own methods of deliverance. At the same time, high blood pressure is most successfully treated with the simultaneous use of medications and the use of psychotherapy. Such patients are prescribed antidepressants, psychostimulants and tranquilizers.

Know! Equally important are trainings that increase self-esteem and relieve anxiety. Sometimes a painful manifestation stops, thanks to a suggestion from an authoritative person for a sick person.

Prevention of psychosomatic disorders consists in creating comfortable psychological conditions, protecting from stressful situations and visiting a psychologist. You need to learn to direct your attention to a positive view of the world around you.

How are psychomatics and hypertension related?

High blood pressure and psychosomatics are two interrelated phenomena. After all, the cause of the appearance of many diseases lies precisely in the psychological state of a person. In this regard, it is worth rethinking the question of how to treat such pathologies. If a person lives in a constant cycle of life, runs from work to home, from home to another job, and at the same time is engaged in many other things, what kind of peace of mind can we talk about ...

Much depends on a person's lifestyle. If he works a lot, does not rest, does not find time to gain strength, then soon the body is depleted. A person has problems with the perception of the world around him - he gets irritated for any reason, and in order not to harm himself or others, he suppresses this aggression, suffers from an increased blood pressure indicator.

There is also a connection between such concepts as low blood pressure and psychosomatics. Not everyone knows why people develop hypotension. This happens more often in people who are insecure. They do not want to act, but are ready to obey the outside world, follow the instructions from above. The result is low blood pressure, depression.

High blood pressure and psychomatic aspect

Often, an increase in blood pressure occurs due to the psychological characteristics of the patient. A person who lives in harmony with the world does not overwork, feels great. If, on the contrary, he is busy with work, constantly in a hurry somewhere, does not have time for anything, there is no question of any calmness.

Few people take into account that in the process of work the body wears out, a person simply cannot recover without proper rest. Most psychologists say that hypertension is a disease of overworked people. If a person has a lot of duties, the fulfillment of which is urgent, mandatory, he simply wears out the body, and this does not lead to a good outcome.

What is the psychomatics of hypertension

Psychosomatics of hypertension is an indicator of the psychological state of the patient. With the diagnosis of high blood pressure, manifestations of such emotions are observed:

  • feelings of anxiety;
  • depression;
  • irascibility;
  • voltage;
  • negative attitude towards the outside world;
  • pessimistic attitude;
  • a sense of duty to someone;
  • low or high self-esteem;
  • demands on the world;
  • modesty;
  • excessive shyness;
  • anger at the whole world;
  • biliousness;
  • criticality;
  • self-dislike;
  • anger;
  • inability to deal with feelings.

These psychological reasons provoke the development of the disease. As a result, a patient with hypertension suffers from dizziness, high blood pressure, nausea, headaches, and sweating. Hyperhidrosis develops when blood pressure jumps from low to high.

The pressure will return to normal! Just don't forget once a day.

The main manifestations of high pressure psychosomatics

Anger, irritability, hostility are mental disorders in hypertension that occur after experienced emotions. Of course, each type of pressure has its own psychological characteristics.

In people who have experienced a strong shock, complexes can develop on a nervous basis. In addition, psychosomatic indicators and general condition worsen. A vivid example of such a state is the fear of losing the favor of others. Such people begin to fiercely monitor manifestations of personal hostility, often imaginary. Such persons have a mixed feeling of anger, aggression, and with them - dependence on "big" people.

Internal tension, restraint, stubbornness - in this case, it is practically impossible to find fault with a person outwardly: he is calm, balanced, concise. In communication - an example of politeness, in a joint life we tolerate. However, such people with hypertension experience psychological fatigue, often they simply suppress their anger inside. And if feelings are suppressed, an explosion can occur at any moment, and all anger, anger, resentment, claims to the outside world, rejection of the environment will break out.

Usually, with hypertension, the internal negativity is carefully hidden behind a kind, sweet smile. People suppress feelings in themselves, after which they treat such a diagnosis as high blood pressure.

Fear and anxiety are feelings that constantly haunt most nervously unstable people. Of course, if a person lives in constant fear, the body is in a stressful situation. People cannot cope with emotions, often fall into a hysterical state, panic in any situation. The body does not relax, it does not have the strength to recover, it spends them on experiences. As a result, a chronic disease may develop, in which the blood pressure indicator will constantly jump.

As you can see, the weaknesses inherent in every person increase the pressure. How they deal with them is the next thing. Much depends on the employment of a person with hypertension. If he does not find time to rest, constantly works, the body does not have enough strength, it wears out and eventually suffers from diseases, although timely treatment will help most patients to normalize their health.

Signs of manifestation of a psychosomatic disorder

The reason for the increase in blood pressure is human psychology. Depending on the internal state, illnesses appear or disappear. At the present time, they occur most often, because people, in an effort to earn a lot of money, achieve fame, recognition, spend all their time at work, and absolutely do not rest. Of course, if a person depletes the body, it soon makes itself felt. Just like with a child: if he lacks care, he starts to cry. In the body, mental disorders and diseases develop.

In people with hypertension, the following disorders can be noticed:

  • fast fatigue;
  • heaviness in the arms, legs;
  • cardiopalmus;
  • persistent lump in the throat;
  • dizziness;
  • diarrhea
  • nausea;
  • neurological pain of different localization;
  • regular headaches.

With such symptoms, it is worth talking about the intervention of doctors. Psychotherapy for hypertension is simply necessary, because people with hypertension feel detached from the world. It often seems that there is fog in front of your eyes, and duties behind your back. Outwardly, it is easy to recognize such people - they walk with lowered shoulders, as if they are carrying a heavy load, they are constantly in a hurry, blush, sweat.

This disease is especially dangerous for women. The careerist begins to dominate male hormones, she simply ceases to feel like a real woman. And as a result, there are problems with the female genital organs. The stomach also suffers - there are problems with the digestion of food, because the body does not have enough strength even for this.

A person is aggressive, angry, and in order to cope with his emotions, he is forced to suppress them, and after that the BP indicator rises. Already at this stage, psychological rehabilitation is needed for arterial hypertension.

Conclusion

It turns out that all problems in the body begin with an unfavorable emotional background. If a person suffers from high blood pressure, then first of all it is worth thinking about the state of mind and whether he correctly distributes the time of work and rest. Nobody can work continuously.

Many of our readers for the TREATMENT OF HYPERTENSION actively use the well-known method based on natural ingredients, discovered by Elena Malysheva. We definitely recommend checking it out. Read more.

And even if you mock the body, not resting for months and not wasting time on recovery, this process will not last long: very soon a person will have health problems.

In addition, you can not suppress emotions. After all, the excessive accumulation of positive, negative entails drops in blood pressure, and the body can not always recover on its own. If you do not treat your health properly, a person may soon suffer greatly - serious illnesses will appear, most often - problems with the cardiovascular system.

Intracranial pressure.. constant headaches..

Dear Lyudmila Nikolaevna! My daughter has constant headaches. The diagnosis is hydrocephalus (intracranial pressure) It seems that the doctors themselves do not know how to treat - they prescribe different medications all the time - nothing helps! I thank you and the Almighty for the opportunity to communicate on this forum! God bless you!

If you read my previous answers to questions about various diseases, you probably noticed that our body is an unquestioning robot of our mind. The body can kill us and heal us! This is how our soul speaks to us through pains, symptoms and illnesses. Our soul does not punish us, it teaches us to correct ourselves through them. Our body is a reflector of our mind. The fish rots from the head! Also, all health problems, life, relationships, these are the consequences of our previous thoughts, feelings and actions that each of us creates for himself. Then it becomes clear that the cause of problems and illnesses must always be sought ONLY in YOURSELF and YOUR past.

Often, through an operation, a diseased part in the body is cut out and removed, but nothing is done at the causal level, because. they don't know if the disease is returning or moving to other parts of the body. The basic law of the Universe is constantly working here, this is the Law of Cause and Effect, in simple words this is the Law of Karma.

Immediately disease, make the problem your friend and ask yourself the following questions:

What should I understand in my life through you?

What are you teaching me?

Whom should I forgive and who should I pray for?

I know you are my friend and teacher, I love you as a friend and accept you! A friend will always help.

I know that my body can create disease and can heal. This is one process, it must be accepted as a WHOLE.

The second step is to accept the disease and immediately shift the focus of your mind and faith to YOUR recovery. See yourself healthy, believe and start feeling it.

Our mind makes a connection between the mental body of thought, the conflicting emotional body and the energy of our soul, i.e. spiritual (spiritual) energies of our bodies AURA. We do not see these bodies, just as we do not see our thoughts and feelings. It is they who send their energy into our mind, and he into our body! It is our spiritual invisible world that governs our visible world.

Our physical eyes already see events and illnesses before our mental thoughts-decisions, thoughts-actions and feelings.

The surrounding bone tissue (solid) is spiritual energy.

If negative thoughts, emotions and feelings prevail or you use more, then negative - emotional-mental energy prevails and spiritual energy decreases, which fills our entire body and its cells through receptors. There is an imbalance of energy, which leads to diseases of the head and body.

Love is the highest healing energy!

These are the feelings of love coming from us to others - this is the process of sharing and giving to others! As blood washes the whole body, so love passes ahead and everywhere in our lives.

Doctors treat the symptoms and I treat the causes. When our medicine puts it together as a whole, the pharmaceutical industry will go bankrupt, so the latter keeps medicine under control. I hope I have clarified the situation for you and let the daughter identify her internal and external enemies. Create new habits of giving and receiving love and respect for yourself and others!

Part 21 - Intracranial pressure.. constant headaches..

Principles of psychosomatics of headache

Headache is a side symptom that accompanies a large number of mental and somatic diseases. It is also one of the most common forms of psychosomatic disorder.

Today, medical research has proven that the physiological state of the body is directly dependent on the mental health of a person. For this reason, it can be argued that a headache is an attempt by the body to give a clear signal about violations of its work.

Pain in the head, including migraine, can be caused by one of the many physiological factors, such as increased pressure, increased body temperature, increased heart rate, and others.

  • All information on the site is for informational purposes and is NOT a guide to action!
  • Only a DOCTOR can make an EXACT DIAGNOSIS!
  • We kindly ask you DO NOT self-medicate, but make an appointment with a specialist!
  • Health to you and your loved ones!

These reasons increase the pressure in the cranium, which in turn causes headaches. However, in such a case as the psychosomatics of a headache, everything is quite difficult.

Approach principles

Psychosomatics is a term that is used in medicine, as well as in psychology, to refer to a branch that studies the relationship between the psychological state of a person and the occurrence, as well as the course of somatic diseases.

Within the framework of this industry lies the study of the relationship between various characteristics inherent in an individual (these include character traits, behavior styles, constitutional features, and others) and somatic diseases.

Psychosomatic diseases are pathological conditions that are caused not so much by physiological causes as by the patient's way of thinking.

A disease found in a patient is classified as psychosomatic if there are no organic and physical causes of its occurrence, as well as in situations where the disease manifests itself under the influence of various emotional states (stress, fear, anger, and others).

Migraine is a fairly common disease of a neurological nature, which is necessarily accompanied by characteristic bouts of acute headache, spreading to both one and both halves of the head. Pain can be both intermittent and constant.

A characteristic feature of migraine pain is the possibility of the absence of mechanical damage to the head, strokes, hematomas and tumors of varying severity. Also, pain does not depend on arterial and intracranial pressure. The frequency of migraine attacks can range from rare to daily.

Detailed medical research in clinical settings has established the fact that quite often migraine sufferers prefer to go into a headache when experiencing a stressful emotional situation, such as anger. As a rule, the disease is observed in patients from early childhood.

It can be argued that the causes of most diseases go deep into the psyche, thus being the consequences of the influence of emotional factors on the humoral and nervous pathways of regulation of the body.

Medical research shows that the following factors influence the origin of diseases.
