What to do to get in. How to get into the special forces on conscription: tips. Not quite humane ways

He told about where the most dangerous sections of roads are in Kemerovo, why you need to “change shoes” for a car even before severe frosts, and who is most often to blame for accidents, he told deputy head of the OGIBDD in Kemerovo, police lieutenant colonel Sergei Belov.

"Horror stories" from life

Elena Polyakova, AiF in Kuzbass:Sergey Vyacheslavovich, are rain and snow really that dangerous? Or is it "horror stories" for prevention?

Sergey Belov: There is absolutely no need to create the appearance of a problem if the number of car accidents increases in Kemerovo from year to year with the advent of autumn. Last year, when the first winter snow fell, on the first day from six to ten in the morning, 12 accidents occurred in the city. In all collisions, the affected cars were on summer tires. This year, the situation repeated itself: on Wednesday from 6:00 to 09:00 in the morning, 11 traffic accidents with material damage occurred in the city. In almost all cases, the affected cars were on "summer" tires. Such accidents can persist for several days until the drivers rebuild.

- When do you need to "change shoes"? What would you advise both drivers and pedestrians in connection with the change of season?

Consider weather conditions! Now they dictate their own rules on the road. Drivers need to definitely change their driving style: remember about the speed limit, increase the distance, smooth braking. Sharp maneuvers on a slippery road can end in unpredictable consequences - do not be reckless! Now is the time to think about the technical readiness of the car for the cold. Let me remind you that when replacing seasonal tires, you need to focus not so much on precipitation and the first frosts, but on the average daily temperature. At temperatures below +5 degrees, "summer" tires "dube", lose their elastic properties and do not provide the necessary grip, even if the surface is dry.

In general, safety is not a seasonal concern. Pedestrians need to think about it all year round even before they enter the roadway. See what the driver stopped and misses. And in autumn and winter, it is important to take into account that the stopping distance of a car on a slippery road becomes longer. Also, do not forget that daylight hours have decreased. In dark clothes and in the rain, a pedestrian is almost invisible on the roadway at night. Unfortunately, not everyone still uses effective and affordable reflective devices, the usefulness of which has been proven experimentally.

The language of numbers

For nine months of 2018, 440 accidents occurred in Kemerovo: 17 people. died, 572 received injuries of varying severity. There were 46 accidents involving children, 53 children were injured.

Where are they fighting?

- What rules do Kemerovo drivers usually violate? What is the most common cause of accidents?

The most common violation among Kemerovo drivers has traditionally been non-observance of the order of travel - a third of accidents with victims in the nine months of this year occurred precisely for this reason. Two people died in such clashes. Approximately the same number of road accidents occurred due to the wrong choice of distance and violation of the rules for the location of vehicles on the roadway. 28 accidents were caused by drivers who drove into the oncoming lane, including with a U-turn or a left turn. Due to disobedience to traffic lights, 17 accidents occurred, in which two people died, 31 were injured. Many drivers ignore the rules of the pedestrian crossing, do not let people through. Since the beginning of the year, inspectors have drawn up more than 11,000 administrative protocols against motorists for this violation.

- Where inKemerovo the most dangerous places? How to deal with accidents?

To date, there are 17 places of concentration of traffic accidents in the city. Basically, these are intersections of carriageways with high intensity traffic: Volgograd - Lenin, Tereshkova - Miners, Leningrad - Chemists, etc. We solve the problem in cooperation with the owner of the roads - the city administration.

For example, at the unregulated pedestrian crossing at 59A, Shakhterov Ave., where there have been three collisions with pedestrians this year alone, the measures we have proposed are already being implemented. Now, in this section, the speed of movement has been limited to 40 km/h, devices for automatic photo-video recording of offenses have been installed. By the end of the year, a calling traffic light and duplicate signs "Pedestrian crossing" over the carriageway, as well as pedestrian fences, will appear at the pedestrian crossing. The patrol routes of traffic police crews are also focused on the places of concentration of accidents and are adjusted depending on the operational situation.

In early October, in the Tver region, 13 people were killed in a collision between a minibus and a bus! It was preliminarily established that the minibus drove into the oncoming lane. Do you somehow interact with motor transport enterprises so that such accidents do not occur?

Certainly. Every year in autumn and spring, we conduct additional briefings with managers and drivers of motor transport enterprises, as they are responsible for the lives and health of dozens of people who are in the passenger compartments of buses. We check the legality of passenger transportation activities, the technical condition of buses, compliance with the requirements for organizing and conducting pre-trip control and medical examination of drivers, the availability and serviceability of tachographs. Since the beginning of the year, for example, more than 300 drivers have been brought to administrative responsibility for violating work and rest regimes.

Now, in connection with high-profile accidents that occurred in the Tver region and in Chuvashia, control has become even stronger. We check three times a week public transport, including "hidden". According to the results of the latter, more than 20 violations of the rules by bus drivers were revealed. Two more were prosecuted for illegal business activities - they illegally transported passengers from Krasnoyarsk to Novosibirsk. And that's in just three hours. This is a lot. We continue to work in this direction today.

Special forces - troops special purpose, v different years created in most countries of the world. Many young guys are concerned about the question of how to get into special forces, but it must be said right away that it is not so easy and even excellent physical fitness is not always a guarantee of.

How can you get into the special forces?

If you are interested in how you can get into the special forces by conscription, you can not rush: in any case, you first need to serve in the army. Although it is worth striving for intelligence, airborne troops, etc. It is necessary to rise to the rank of ensign, and to become an officer, a diploma from a higher military university or any other institution of education of this kind is required. Special training can be done at the Military Diplomatic Academy. You can get into the special forces from the army only this way: somehow it won’t work out differently - lower ranks don’t get there.

The requirements for candidates are very strict: height must be at least 175 cm, and age must not exceed 28 years. Physical fitness is top notch. A special forces soldier trains without days off and checkpoints. He needs to pass certain standards, for example, a 3-kilometer run in 10 minutes, a hundred-meter run in 12 seconds, pull-ups on the crossbar - 25 times. All standards are passed in a row, and the rest between exercises can only be called such with a stretch, and at the end of the whole complex, the warrior is waiting for three series of hand-to-hand combat with a coach or a well-trained person from the officer corps.

Moreover, the candidate is expected to show activity, and not just passively holding defense. In addition, in the barracks, fighters often secretly check each other to always be in shape. But even once in the ranks of special forces, you can “fly out” of them without passing the test of hunger for a week and lack of sleep for up to several days.

What does it take to get into the special forces?

The recommendation of a person already serving in the special forces, or a high-ranking rank of the armed forces, can play a decisive role in making a decision. A person must be absolutely healthy both physically and psychologically. The candidate is waiting for long conversations with "healers of souls", a lie detector test and checking all the next of kin for a criminal record, bringing to the police, problems with drugs or alcohol, etc. Even an incorrect bite can close the guy's way to the special forces.

Those who are interested in how you can get into special forces should answer that you should achieve heights. Often you can get into such a unit if you have maroon beret. In any case, the more outstanding achievements and records will be documented in a personal file, the higher the chances of joining the ranks of special forces. The parents and wife of the future candidate are also being interviewed. They must put their signature on the document and agree that their son or husband will serve in such a unit.

The nationality of the applicant does not matter, but citizenship should not give rise to doubt that a person lives in this particular country. This is especially true in light of recent events in the world, but in any case, all these issues are considered individually okay. A big plus would be the additional higher education, knowledge foreign languages especially if it's intelligence. The price includes ranks in martial arts, boxing, wrestling. But it is even more important to show oneself in mountaineering, athletics, rowing, parachuting, swimming, biathlon, and, of course, shooting. Special forces have a saying that a soldier must shoot like a cowboy and run like a horse. Now it is clear that random people do not get into the special forces. As a rule, the applicant makes such a decision as a child and begins to devote free time sports.

Paradise in different religions, in principle, is described in the same way, as a place where eternal bliss reigns. Many people, wanting to ensure a happy life after death, are interested in what needs to be done to get to heaven. If you conduct a survey among the ordinary population, asking them such a question, then you will not be able to get an unambiguous answer. For example, some believe that it is necessary to do good deeds, while others are sure that it is enough to go to the service every Sunday.

How to get to heaven?

The Bible describes only one way to find yourself in heaven after death - you need to believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. In order to show and prove to the Son of God our gratitude for his sacrifices, it is necessary to keep the commandments given by God. To go to heaven after death, you need to repent, because only by admitting your sins can you expect forgiveness. A person who wants to live righteously must learn to push everything away from himself.

Church advice on how to get to heaven:

It is also worth understanding whether a suicide can go to heaven. It is believed that people who commit suicide do not fall into any

The future place of service depends on several criteria: health, fitness, education, acquired profession, skills and abilities.

The information collected by the military commissariat in the process of forming a personal file will be used in the distribution to a specific branch of the military. For example, having a driver's license (the more categories, the better) and understanding the repair of automotive equipment, you can count on the driver's seat. Based on these and other data (your desire), you can be assigned to the Airborne Forces, special forces, fleet, motorized rifle and other parts of the RF Armed Forces.

Previously, of course, a conversation is held with the recruit, during which they will be asked where he would like to serve. They will even offer to choose a specific place of future service. Then, according to the results of the first medical examination, the military registration and enlistment office will announce the type of troops (ground units, Navy, VKS ...). And during the passage of the second medical commission in the district military registration and enlistment office, specific troops and the place of service (city) will be announced to you.

So, let's try to figure out if there is an opportunity for a recruit to get into one or another part of his chosen?

The law does not provide for this possibility. Which means there are no guarantees.

A certain category of conscripts mentioned in the Federal Law "On Military Duty and Military Service" has a small chance to serve close to home. This normative act states: “Conscripts with children, as well as sick and elderly parents (women over 55 years old, men over 60 years old), but not subject to the requirements of subparagraph “b” of paragraph 1 of Article 24 federal law dated March 28, 1998 N 53-FZ "On military duty and military service", if possible, they are sent for military service to military units of the Armed Forces, other troops, military formations and bodies stationed near their place of residence, within the established norms conscription of citizens for military service for the relevant municipalities. In this case, the citizen is obliged to document the presence of these relatives. The whole thing is complicated by the phrase "if possible". But if the military commissar has such an opportunity in your locality If he doesn’t see it, then he will have to go “where they send him.”

Many believe that a panacea in this issue will serve as training in DOSAAF. Since Soviet times, this organization has been preparing young guys for military service. More than 100,000 conscripts are trained annually within the walls of DOSAAF. They all receive one or the other military specialty and can claim to be assigned to the selected branch of the military. In principle, graduates of this military training organization have little privilege compared to the rest, since they are considered to be more prepared for service. But, again, this does not guarantee that the recruit will end up in a specific part of a particular region.

There is also an opinion that an application addressed to the military commissar will help. To do this, you need to come to the military commissariat, clarify the application form (they should prompt) and state your request in it. In the appeal, you must indicate in which troops and for what reason you want to serve (you can write about family traditions, the desire to serve, etc.). If you correctly approach the solution of this issue, you can get lucky.

It must be understood that much depends on the actions of the conscript himself, as they say, water does not flow under a lying stone. You will have to move and very intensively. Here, eloquence, the ability to negotiate with people and the presence of a “sane” opponent are important. Below are a couple of options you can try.

  1. 1. Contact your military commissar or the person responsible for recruiting and sending young recruits at the place of registration. These are the people who have an exact schedule for calling up and sending all the teams that are being formed to a specific unit. The bottom line is that you must write out a summons to the collection point on the day of departure to the part you need. Directly upon arrival at the assembly point, make the same request to the head collection point, which is responsible for the formation and sending of all teams to their place of deployment; it is also necessary to contact the representative of the military unit who recruits to this team and accompanies to the place of service. Then the probability of getting into the part you have chosen increases significantly.
  2. 2. You can go from the opposite and agree directly to the part. Yes, to come to the unit, get an appointment with the commander and tell about yourself and your desire to serve in this particular unit. If they meet you halfway, then go straight to the military enlistment office and according to the previous "scenario".

It is important to remember that everything depends on many factors, and whether you have a chance to serve in the unit of your choice or not depends on the ability to manage them.
